About us

Nestled at 141 Church Road, Hove BN3 2AE, Pardis is your gateway to the soul of Persian cuisine on England’s south coast. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by the soft glow of brass lanterns, hand-painted tiles and jewel-toned textiles—an homage to a traditional Persian courtyard. Whether you’re slipping off your coat on a blustery winter’s evening or soaking up the summer sun on our terrace, Pardis transports you straight to the heart of Iran.

Our menu is a celebration of centuries-old recipes, lovingly prepared with the finest local produce:

Starters: Warm your appetite with Ash-e-Reshte (the classic bean, herb & noodle soup), smoky Mirza Ghasemi, creamy Kashk Bademjan, or our crowd-pleasing Halloumi with honey.

Cold Mezze: Bright, refreshing bites like Salad Shirazi, Hummus, Paneer Sabzi, and the house-special Pardis Salad, perfect for sharing.

Grilled Kebabs & Mix-Grills: From tender Koobideh and saffron-marinated Joojeh to succulent Shishlik and Barg, each skewer is chargrilled over open coals. Build your own feast with our Soltani, Momtaz or our banquet-style Royal Family Mix Grill. Vegetarians will love the Mix Veggie Grill of aubergine, courgette, peppers and more.

Hearty Stews & Rice Mains: Dive into a bowl of Ghormeh Sabzi, Ghaimeh, or the famed Fesenjoon, all served with fragrant saffron rice. Don’t miss Zereshk Polo with chicken or Baghali Polo with lamb shank for a truly authentic experience.

Fresh Fish: Whole seabass or succulent salmon fillets, marinated in lemon & herbs, then grilled to flaky perfection.

Desserts & Drinks: Cool down with Faloodeh drizzled in sour-cherry syrup, indulge in Baklava, or sample our selection of Persian cream cakes. Sip on traditional Doogh, freshly-squeezed juices, or unwind over cardamom-infused tea.

At Pardis, dining is more than a meal—it’s a gathering. Whether you’re here for a cosy catch-up, a family celebration or simply to explore new flavours, our attentive team will treat you like one of our own. Come discover the warmth, the colour and the spice of Persia—right here in Hove.
